Are you in Favour of Amalgamation?
As a potential Metchosin District Councilor and Metchosin resident, I am not in favour of the citizen’s assembly process. However, I am in favour of the democratic process. Metchosin residents have spoken loud and clear and voted over the past 30 years that they want to stick to our District of Metchosin Official Community Plan (OCP); this does not include amalgamation.
